Camilla Herd

Camilla Herd has experience in research, risk analysis, project planning, infrastructure project procurement procedures, public policy development and management systems to enhance socio-economic and environmental benefits, greenhouse gas reduction strategies, and reduce risks in business and development operations. She has worked in the international engineering, transport, infrastructure, and energy sectors with public, private and investment groups in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.

Eng. Kariuki Muchemi

Engineer Muchemi has over 30 years experience in the design, construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects. These include buildings, roads, water and sewerage projects in Kenya and the East African region. He graduated with a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and obtained a Masters degree in Highway Engineering from the University of Birmingham UK in 1982. He is a registered consulting engineer in Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda. After obtaining extensive experience in both the private and public sector he set up a consulting engineering firm specialising in design and supervision of civil engineering projects. He is currently working on public sector projects funded by the Government of Kenya.

He is a Board Member of the following organisations:

Paris Foot

Paris Foot was educated in the UK where he read law at Exeter University and qualified as a solicitor working in the City law firm Ashurts.

He has experience in Banking, Finance, Company and Commercial law including Infrastructure Projects, Environmental law, Negotiable Finance Instruments, Financial Service Authority Regulations, Management & Leveraged Buy-outs and But-in, Venture Capital and Private Equity deals, Flotations, Oilfield Development including Unitisatisation and Operating Agreements.

He has experience in the Financial Futures Markets. He also has significant experience working in the agriculture, aviation and tourism industries. As a management consultant he has advised on the strategic and commercial aspects of acquisitions and private equity investments and in the energy, publishing, software, security and risk sectors.
